The not so small print

Prices.
As we are a small business we do not charge VAT and the prices stated are the prices that you pay. Postage and packing is charged at a flat rate of £2.95 per order.

Payment
We accept payment by all major credit cards through Paypal. Payment by cheque and postal orders are accepted and should be made payable to MJC-Media. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear.

Delivery.
Goods in stock are normally posted within 24/48 hours by Royal Mail and larger packages will be sent by either UPS or DHL Courier. please allow 7 working days for delivery before contacting us. We will send a notification e-mail when your goods have been shipped.

Availability
In the event the goods you order are out of stock we will notify you and you may request a refund or take an alternative product up to the same value or your order can be kept on back order.

Distance Selling Act
In accordance with the distance selling act you may cancel your order anytime within 7 days of purchase. Please e-mail us with the order reference number to cancel your purchase asap. Goods that have been dispatched should be returned to us in order for us to process the refund. The refund will be made in full including postage paid within 30 days of the order being placed.

Returns
In the unlikely event you wish to return any goods to us they can be done so within 30 days of receipt. All items returned should be unopened and in their original packaging. Return postage is for the account of the buyer. Refunds for the cost of the goods only will be given
